Winemaking

Between 45 a 60 days in contact with the lees for a better development of bubbles.

TASTING
Pale yellow with pink tints, almost steely. Suggestive white foam like a crown of thousands of bubbles, persistent and tireless. fruity notes of grapefruit, green apple, fresh bread and white peach. In the mouth it is fresh and tasty, with very good acidity, creamy and long finish.
