WINEMAKER'S NOTES
The grapes for our Millantú come from different vineyards selected and identified in our own fields located in the Maipo Valley, both for its greater oenological potential and for the most careful viticultural management maximizing the quality of the fruit (Pruning and canopy management).
The irrigation of the vineyard was carried out during the last stage of the grape maturity process, favoring concentration, color, berry aroma and flavors.
The harvest took place at the end of April and the beginning of May., 100% by hand, trying to maintain the quality and integrity of the bunches.
The grapes are destemmed and taken to stainless steel tanks undergoing a cold pre-fermentation maceration.. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 25-28 ° C using selected yeasts. After alcoholic fermentation, Each strain was aged separately in fine-grained French Oak barrels for 16 a 18 months, to later carry out the final blend evaluating the evolution of each of the barrels.

TASTING NOTE
Bright ruby ​​purple with orange hues.
Great expression and intense on the nose, ripe black fruits, plum, spicy with notes of cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. In the mouth it has great volume, persistent, smooth and round tannin. It is an elegant wine with excellent aging potential, gaining complexity with time in the bottle.
