QUALITY POLICY, ENVIRONMENT, SECURITY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
Santa Alicia, in the quest to improve the quality and safety of its
products, along with complying by the concept of "continuous
improvement", has been working on the certification of ISO 9001, ISO
14,001, HACCP and BRC, to ensure our customers a reliable product, along
with our constant care of the environment.
Under this set of rules a "quality policy," has been set which lays down
the pillars of integrated control system, that we have established in
order to comply with the standards mentioned above.
Santa Alicia S.A. has been dedicated to the production and commercialization of wines since 1954 with denomination of Origin “Maipo Valley.
Santa Alicia S.A. it is located in the Metropolitan Region, in the commune of Pirque, where the warehouse is located with a capacity of 1.860.000 liters, along with the packaging plant.
The production of Santa Alicia S.A. is 100% focuses towards export.
Thus, and as a result of the commitments acquired with our clients, and the environment that surrounds us together with our workers it is that Viña Santa Alicia S.A., wants to establish the following commitments:
To fulfill the legal requirements applicable to the activities that are developed under the three scopes of management (quality, environment, security and occupational health), as well as other subscribed requirements.
To assure quality standards in each one of its processes that guarantee products of excellence to satisfy opportunely and completely our client’s requirements.
To prevent contamination, by establishing and implementing programs of environmental management, monitoring and evaluating the generation of new aspects, and putting special attention to the appearance of new technologies and evaluating the viability (technical as much as economic) of its adaptation
To prevent the labor risks derived from the agro-industrial activity and to manage the surrounding work areas to minimize consequences.
Continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System,
Reviewing the system to identify opportunities for improvement, to evaluate the necessity of resources and to assign them when it corresponds.
The establishment of this Policy is responsibility of the board of Directors and its fulfillment is a shared responsibility of all the members of Viña Santa Alicia S.A. as it is also the responsibility of all, the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System.
The board of Directors commits itself to obtaining the Objectives and Goals that come off this policy, as well as to guard the opportune communications of these. |
