have been of balanced vegetative and productive growth, delivering high quality fruit and
good concentration. Soils located in the Andean foothills, with a loamy-clay soil texture, it matters

WEATHER
The climate is dry and bright during the harvest period. It is influenced by
breezes from the Andes Mountains and winds from the Pacific Ocean,
moderating the thermal oscillation between day and night, favoring the concentration of aromas and
fruit flavors.
GUARD POTENTIAL

Winemaking
Limited production. The grapes selected from the headquarters of origin, are harvested by hand
avoiding breaking the berries while maintaining their quality. The bunches are destemmed and the
grains are sent to stainless steel tanks for an initial cold soak. Then I know
makes a controlled fermentation between 25-28 ° C, process that spans around 15 days.
The wine obtained is taken to new and first-use French oak barrels, for clarification
natural and aging by 15 months.
